A.J. (Anjo) Joldersma (1948)
Anjo Joldersma studied Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam. In 1976, he accepted the position of director at Kramp Group in Varsseveld, the Netherlands, an international technical wholesaler of farming machinery. In 1986, Anjo and one of his co-directors led a management buyout and became owners of the company. Anjo holds various supervisory positions for organizations such as Den Daas Groep, Nedcon, Brihold and Albert Westerman Groep. Furthermore, he serves on the boards of various organizations, including the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers VNO-NCW, and is socially involved as Chairman of Stichting Vrienden van het Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix (Association of Friends of the Queen Beatrix Regional Hospital). Anjo has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Emotional Brain since 2006.
E.J. (Ellard) Blaauboer (1946)
Ellard Blaauboer finalized his studies Business Administration and Harbour & Transportation Economics at Erasmus University of Rotterdam in 1973. He held various international management positions up to 1982 for Royal Vopak NV, VNU United Publishers NV and Deli-Universal NV. From 1982 onwards he was founder/CEO of NeSBIC Investment funds and founder (1984) of the Dutch Venture Capital Association NVP. Since 1996 he is owner/Chairman of Bluefarmers Trust as private investor and serial entrepreneur. He is also acting as adviser to private investment funds and is socially involved as Chairman of Beheerstichting Hart van Laren. Ellard joined the Supervisory Board of Emotional Brain in December 2016.
H.W. (Hans) Kaufmann (1947)
Hans Kaufmann studied Business Administration at Groningen University and Business and Fiscal Law at Rotterdam University. He held financial management positions at Pakhoed (Royal Vopak), Holec and Verenigde Bedrijven Bredero and general management positions at Norit and Nyloplast (Hydratec Industries). He served as interim manager for Van Berkels Patent and AVR (Van Gansewinkel). He is certified coach. His specific skills are in the field of company development, restructuring and the coaching of managementteams.
